1. About AmberNote
AmberNote is a photo annotation app. It lets users add markers, lines, text, colors, and fonts to photos selected by the user.
2. Data We Collect
AmberNote does not collect personal data from the app. We do not collect photos, annotations, exported images, names, email addresses, location data, analytics data, advertising identifiers, or diagnostic data.
3. Photos and Local Editing
When you choose a photo, AmberNote uses that photo only to provide editing features on your device. Your selected photos, annotations, and edited images are processed locally. AmberNote does not upload them to a server.
4. Photo Library Access
AmberNote may request access to photos you choose so that you can import an image for editing. Access is used only for user-initiated photo import and export actions.
5. In-App Purchases
AmberNote offers an optional one-time in-app purchase, AmberNote Premium. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. AmberNote does not receive or store your payment card information. The app may receive purchase entitlement information from Apple solely to unlock purchased features on your device.
6. Exporting and Sharing
If you export or share an edited image using iOS system sharing options, the destination you choose may process that image according to its own privacy policy. AmberNote does not control third-party apps, services, or sharing destinations.
7. Children’s Privacy
AmberNote does not knowingly collect personal data from children or any other users.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Because AmberNote does not collect personal data on our servers, we do not maintain server-side user records to delete. You can remove photos and edits from your device by deleting exported files or deleting the app.
9. Security
AmberNote is designed to keep photo editing local to your device. No method of software operation is perfect, but limiting processing to the device reduces the amount of data exposed outside your control.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if AmberNote’s features or privacy practices change. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.

6. 書き出しと共有
iOSの共有機能を使って編集済み画像を書き出しまたは共有する場合、ユーザーが選択した共有先が、その共有先のプライバシーポリシーに従って画像を処理する場合があります。AmberNoteは第三者のアプリ、サービス、共有先を管理しません。
7. 子どものプライバシー
AmberNoteは、子どもを含むユーザーから個人データを意図的に収集しません。
8. データの保持と削除
AmberNoteは当方のサーバー上で個人データを収集しないため、削除対象となるサーバー上のユーザー記録を保持していません。端末上の写真や編集内容は、書き出したファイルの削除またはアプリの削除により取り除くことができます。
9. セキュリティ
AmberNoteは写真編集を端末内で行うよう設計されています。ソフトウェアの動作に完全な方法はありませんが、端末内処理に限定することで、ユーザーの管理外に出るデータを最小限に抑えます。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
AmberNoteの機能またはプライバシー慣行が変更された場合、本プライバシーポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページの施行日を更新します。
