プライバシーポリシー
このプライバシーポリシーは、滝川大地（以下「サービス提供者」といいます）が無料サービスとして作成したモバイルデバイス用アプリ「GearMemo」（以下「アプリケーション」といいます）に適用されます。本サービスは「現状のまま」での使用を前提としています。
情報収集と利用
アプリケーションは、ダウンロードおよび使用時に情報を収集します。この情報には、次のような情報が含まれる場合があります。
- お使いのデバイスのインターネットプロトコルアドレス（例：IPアドレス）
- お客様がアクセスしたアプリケーションのページ、アクセス日時、各ページでの滞在時間
- アプリケーションに費やした時間
- お使いのモバイルデバイスで使用しているオペレーティングシステム
本アプリケーションは、お客様のモバイルデバイスの正確な位置情報を収集しません。
本アプリケーションは、お客様のデータを処理したり、機能を提供したりするために、人工知能（AI）技術を使用していません。
本アプリケーションは、QRコードをスキャンして製品情報を表示するためにカメラを使用します。撮影した画像は端末内でのみ処理され、外部サーバーへの送信は行いません。
サービス提供者は、お客様から提供された情報を使用して、重要な情報、必要な通知、およびマーケティングプロモーションを提供するために、随時お客様に連絡する場合があります。
より良いユーザー体験を提供するため、アプリケーションの使用中に、サービス提供者はお客様に特定の個人情報の提供を求める場合があります。サービス提供者が要求する情報は、サービス提供者によって保持され、本プライバシーポリシーに記載されているとおりに使用されます。
第三者アクセス
サービス提供者がアプリケーションおよびサービスを改善するために、集計され匿名化されたデータのみが定期的に外部サービスに送信されます。サービス提供者は、本プライバシーポリシーに記載されている方法で、お客様の情報を第三者と共有する場合があります。
サービス提供者は、ユーザー提供情報および自動収集情報を開示する場合があります。
- 召喚状や同様の法的手続きに従うなど、法律で義務付けられている場合。
- 開示が自身の権利を守るため、あなたや他者の安全を守るため、詐欺を調査するため、または政府の要請に応じるために必要であると誠実に信じる場合。
- お客様に代わって業務を行う信頼できるサービスプロバイダーと情報を共有する場合。これらのプロバイダーは、当社が開示する情報を独自に使用することはなく、本プライバシーポリシーに定められた規則を遵守することに同意しています。
オプトアウト権
アプリケーションをアンインストールすることで、アプリケーションによる情報収集を簡単に停止できます。お使いのモバイルデバイスに搭載されている標準のアンインストール手順、またはモバイルアプリケーションマーケットプレイスやネットワーク経由でアンインストールしてください。
データ保持ポリシー
サービス提供者は、お客様がアプリケーションを使用している期間、およびその後合理的な期間、お客様から提供されたデータを保持します。アプリケーションを通じて提供されたお客様提供データの削除をご希望の場合は、daichi01t@gmail.com までご連絡ください。サービス提供者は合理的な期間内に対応いたします。
子供
サービス提供者は、13歳未満の子供から意図的にデータを収集したり、13歳未満の子供を対象としたマーケティング活動を行うために、本アプリケーションを使用しません。
サービス提供者は、子供から個人を特定できる情報を意図的に収集することはありません。サービス提供者は、すべての子供に対し、アプリケーションおよび/またはサービスを通じて個人を特定できる情報を送信しないよう推奨します。サービス提供者は、保護者および法定後見人に対し、子供のインターネット利用状況を監視し、許可なくアプリケーションおよび/またはサービスを通じて個人を特定できる情報を提供しないよう子供に指導することで、本ポリシーの遵守に協力するよう推奨します。子供がアプリケーションおよび/またはサービスを通じてサービス提供者に個人を特定できる情報を提供したと思われる場合は、サービス提供者（daichi01t@gmail.com）にご連絡ください。サービス提供者が必要な措置を講じます。また、お客様の国で個人を特定できる情報の処理に同意するには、16歳以上である必要があります（一部の国では、保護者または後見人がお客様に代わって同意できる場合があります）。
安全
サービス提供者は、お客様の情報の機密性を保護することに努めています。サービス提供者は、処理および保管する情報を保護するために、物理的、電子的、および手続き上の安全対策を講じています。
変更
本プライバシーポリシーは、理由の如何を問わず、随時更新される場合があります。サービス提供者は、本ページを新しいプライバシーポリシーで更新することにより、プライバシーポリシーの変更を通知します。お客様は、変更内容を定期的に確認することをお勧めします。継続してご利用いただくことで、すべての変更に同意したものとみなされます。
お客様の同意
本アプリケーションを使用することにより、お客様は、本プライバシーポリシーに記載されているとおり、また当社が今後改訂する内容に従って、お客様の情報が処理されることに同意したものとみなされます。

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the GearMemo mobile application (the “Application”), created by Daichi Takikawa (the “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided for use “as is.”
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol address, such as your IP address
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
- The time spent using the Application
- The operating system used on your mobile device
The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.
The Application does not use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
The Application uses the camera to scan QR codes and display product information. Captured images are processed only on your device and are not sent to external servers.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better user experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information requested by the Service Provider will be retained by the Service Provider and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider may disclose user-provided information and automatically collected information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
- When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- With trusted service providers who work on the Service Provider’s behalf, do not independently use the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to comply with the rules set out in this Privacy Policy.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete user-provided data that you have provided through the Application, please contact daichi01t@gmail.com. The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13 or to market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit personally identifiable information through the Application and/or services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet use and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or services without permission. If you believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or services, please contact the Service Provider at daichi01t@gmail.com so that the Service Provider can take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years old to consent to the processing of personally identifiable information in your country. In some countries, a parent or guardian may be allowed to provide consent on your behalf.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Application means that you accept all changes.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy and as revised by the Service Provider from time to time.
